UP court orders arrest of AAP MP Sanjay Singh, others for missing hearing in 2001 protest case | India News – Times of India



NEW DELHI: An Uttar Pradesh court docket on Tuesday ordered the police to arrest Aam Aadmi Celebration MP Sanjay Singh together with Samajwadi Celebration chief Anoop Sanda and 4 others for lacking listening to in a 2001 protest case.
“The court docket has directed the police to arrest all of the accused and produce them within the court docket by August 28,” a court docket official advised PTI.
This got here after a non-bailable warrant which was issued on August 13 in opposition to Singh, Sanda and others, with the listening to set for Tuesday.
The Sultanpur court docket has ordered the police to supply the accused on August 28.
