NEW DELHI: BJP chief Dilip Ghosh criticized the ruling TMC authorities over the rape and homicide of a scholar at RG Kar Medical School & Hospital. Ghosh accused the federal government of making an attempt to bribe the sufferer’s dad and mom to ‘shut their mouths’ on Tuesday.
He said, ‘They wish to purchase everybody. They (TMC & Mamata Banerjee) wish to bribe everybody… If rape occurs, somebody bribes them. They shut their mouths…They wish to shut the door by giving 10 lakhs to his household.’ He added that it was commendable that the household refused the bribe.
