Consumerfed operated 1,500 Onam gross sales retailers and 175 Triveni supermarkets forward of Thiruvonam. The sale of subsidised gadgets introduced in gross sales value ₹60 crore and sale of non-subsidised gadgets contributed ₹65 crore.

Heavy rush

Thrissur district honest recorded ₹42.29 lakh; Kollam ₹40.95 lakh and Kannur ₹39.17 lakh. Palakkad district honest turnover stood at ₹34.10 lakh, Kozhikode district honest turnover stood at ₹28.68 lakh.

Consumerfed claimed that the federation retailers have been in a position to rein in costs through the pageant days as the federal government assist enabled the cooperative to promote gadgets at subsidies starting from 10% to 40%. There have been 13 gadgets on the subsidised listing, together with rice.

The Jaya number of rice, which offered at ₹45 to ₹55 per kg within the open market, was accessible at a subsidised charge of ₹29. Kuruva and Matta varieties have been offered for ₹29 and ₹30 per kg respectively.
