NEW DELHI: Supreme Court on Monday instructed West Bengal govt resident medical doctors who’ve been agitating because the Aug 9 RG Kar Hospital incident to renew duties by Tuesday night or face attainable disciplinary motion from the state.

The ultimatum was issued by a bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra after senior advocate Kapil Sibal and advocate Astha Sharma submitted a report from the West Bengal well being division claiming that 23 sufferers had died as a consequence of non-availability of resident medical doctors and that six lakh sufferers had been struggling.
