NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court docket on Tuesday shaped a 10-member Nationwide Activity Power to make a blueprint for the security and facility of healthcare employees at their office.

The duty pressure contains Arti Sarin – DG Medical Providers (Navy), D Nageshwar Reddy, M Srinivas, Pratima Murthy, Goverdhan D Puri, Saumitra Rawat, Prof Anita Saxena, Pallavi Saple, and Padma Srivastava.
Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud noticed, “The Kolkata incident raises questions of safety of docs throughout the nation.”
“We’re deeply involved about the truth that the identify, picture and video clip of the Kolkata rape sufferer had been revealed throughout India. The regulation prohibits publishing victims’ names,” the CJI mentioned.
