CHANDIGARH: Punjab and Haryana HC has declined police safety for a pair who claimed to be in a live-in relationship, saying “bald averments” might not be sufficient to determine the precise nature of their ties.
In keeping with HC, directing police safety in these instances could not directly give assent to such “illicit relationships”. The girl is round 40 and a divorcee with youngsters.The person, 44, continues to be married and has grown-up youngsters.
Passing the order, Justice Sandeep Maudgil emphasised marriage as a necessary pillar of society in a various nation like India. The couple had sought instructions to guard their life and liberty and to restrain their households from threatening or interfering of their relationship.
