NEW DELHI: SpiceJet on Saturday canceled its Delhi to Darbhanga flight which led to disgruntled passengers staging a protest at Delhi airport.

A spokesperson of the airline in a press release mentioned that flight SG 495 from Delhi to Darbhanga was cancelled as a result of unexpected operational causes and prolonged an apology to the affected passengers for the inconvenience.
Moreover, SpiceJet offered passengers the choice of a full refund or to take another flight to Darbhanga on the next day.
