A 27-year-old man from Telangana and his Sudanese colleague died of dehydration in Saudi Arabia‘s Rub’ al Khali desert – the place daytime temperatures soar to 55 deg C- after their GPS sign failed, their cell batteries ran down, and their car ran out of gas.
Members of the family of the deceased, Mohammad Shehzad Khan, mentioned the duo – each telecommunications professionals who had been working in Saudi Arabia for the final three years – had gone to the ‘Empty Quarter’, probably the most perilous a part of the desert, to restore a mobile tower on Aug 19.They died someday between Aug 19 and Aug 21. “The our bodies of the 2 males had been found on a prayer rug,” mentioned Immigrants Welfare Discussion board president Bheema Reddy.
