NEW DELHI: JSW Cement on Friday filed preliminary papers with Sebi to boost Rs 4,000 crore via an IPO. The preliminary share sale includes a contemporary concern of fairness shares value Rs 2,000 crore and a suggestion on the market of Rs 2,000 crore by investor shareholders.
