A US court docket’s summons to Indian authorities over Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun’s civil swimsuit, alleging a plot to homicide him, was “utterly unwarranted”, Ministry of Exterior Affairs has mentioned.
In a information briefing this afternoon, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal was requested in regards to the summons by the US District Courtroom for Southern District of New York.
