NEW DELHI: The INDIA bloc of opposition events is ready to carry a rally on July 30 at Jantar Mantar in Delhi to deal with issues about Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal‘s deteriorating well being whereas he’s incarcerated in Tihar Jail.
