KULLU: The police in Chamba district in Himachal Pradesh have registered a case of sexual harassment towards controversial Bharatiya Janata Get together (BJP) MLA and former meeting deputy speaker Hans Raj, who allegedly despatched obscene messages and demanded nude photos whereas chatting on WhatsApp with a 20-year-old girl.
A case underneath sections 75 (sexual harassment by demanding sexual favours, displaying pornography or making sexually colored remarks) and 351 (2) (legal intimidation) of the BNS has been registered towards 41-year-old Hans Raj within the ladies police station, Chamba, on the grievance of the lady, who’s the daughter of a BJP employee.

The complainant, whose father is a BJP functionary, has alleged that MLA Hans Raj demanded her nude pictures whereas chatting together with her on-line and likewise despatched her obscene messages.
