NEW DELHI: A day after govt rejected the Supreme Courtroom verdict asking for exclusion of ‘creamy layer’ amongst Dalits from the purview of quotas, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday “condemned” the very thought of extension of creamy layer to SC/ST communities, and urged that the difficulty be put to relaxation for good, whilst he mentioned that reservation ought to proceed “until there may be untouchability” in India.
