NEW DELHI: House-grown FMCG main Emami on Saturday introduced the acquisition of the remaining 49.6 per cent stake in Helios Life-style, which owns male grooming model ‘The Man Firm‘. Helios Life-style is already a subsidiary of Emami with 50.4 per cent shareholding, in response to a press release from Emami.
“The completion of the acquisition of Helios by Emami will strengthen its presence within the fast-growing digital-first premium male grooming phase,” it stated.
Emami had beforehand acquired 33.09 per cent fairness stake in Helios in two tranches — one in December 2017 and the opposite in February 2019. Later, it elevated the stake to 50.4 per cent in 2022.
The Man Firm, a digital-first life-style model, presents premium males’s grooming merchandise in classes together with fragrances, skincare, hair care, physique care and beard administration.
