EAM Jaishankar meets German parliament members in Berlin – Times of India



BERLIN: Exterior affairs minister S Jaishankar on Wednesday interacted with members of German parliament in Berlin.
Jaishankar stated that he valued their assist for stronger India-German relations.
In a publish on X, he stated, “Happy to work together with members of German parliament in Berlin. Appreciated their insights on modern world points. Worth their assist for stronger India-Germany relations.”

Jaishankar additionally met international affairs and safety coverage specialists in a debate organised by the Munich Safety Convention.

Earlier, Jaishankar, who’s in Germany on the second leg of a three-nation tour, met with German Overseas Minister Annalena Baerbock in Berlin and exchanged views on Ukraine, Gaza and the Indo-Pacific area.

Jaishankar shared some footage on X of his assembly with Baerbock and acknowledged that he appears ahead to welcoming her in India for the seventh Intergovernmental Consultations.

Took inventory of India – Germany Strategic Partnership, with a deal with commerce and funding, inexperienced & sustainable improvement, expert employees’ mobility, know-how and defence & safety. Exchanged views on Ukraine, Gaza and the Indo – Pacific area. Look ahead to welcoming her in India for the seventh Intergovernmental Consultations,” EAM stated on X.
