NEW DELHI: Congress lashed out at Union residence minister Amit Shah over his remarks on Manipur asking if the state of affairs there was as regular as he has made it out to be then “why hasn’t PM Modi discovered the time and inclination to go to Manipur each because the state erupted on Might 3, 2023″.
