‘Collective failure of system’: Rahul Gandhi on death of 3 UPSC aspirants in Delhi | India News – Times of India



NEW DELHI: Rahul Gandhi on Sunday condoled the demise of three UPSC aspirants in Delhi calling it a “collective failure of the system.”
“The demise of aggressive college students resulting from waterlogging within the basement of a constructing in Delhi may be very unlucky. A number of days in the past, a scholar died resulting from electrical shock in the course of the rains,” Gandhi stated in a publish on X.
