The importer has to submit an enterprise earlier than the deputy commissioner of customs or the assistant commissioner of customs that the products imported shall be to be used in laboratories or for analysis and growth functions “and shall not be bought or traded after import”.
If the chemical compounds are present in use for different functions, the upper price of customs responsibility shall be levied.
