MUMBAI: In a serious step in the direction of boosting nuclear energy technology within the nation, the government has given the go forward for the formation of a brand new agency — Ashvini — a three way partnership between Nuclear Energy Company of India Restricted (NPCIL) and Nationwide Thermal Energy Company (NTPC).
In line with NPCIL, its share within the new group shall be 51% whereas NTPC can have 49%.With this, Ashvini is now licensed to construct, personal, and function nuclear energy crops in India.
NPCIL says that this can pave the best way for pooling assets when it comes to funds and experience for the speedy growth of nuclear energy.
