CBI files first chargesheet in NEET exam paper leak case, lists 13 accused | India News – Times of India



NEW DELHI: The CBI on Thursday stated it has filed its first chargesheet within the NEET-UG examination paper leak case naming 13 individuals as accused.
The chargesheet lists that the accused have been allegedly concerned within the paper leak and different irregularities.
A complete of 13 accused individuals have been named within the chargesheet: Nitish Kumar, Amit Anand, Sikander Yadvendu, Ashutosh Kumar-1, Roshan Kumar, Manish Prakash, Ashutosh Kumar-2, Akhilesh Kumar, Avdesh Kumar, Anurag Yadav, Abhishek Kumar, Shivnandan Kumar and Ayush Raj.
