Carraro India files DRHP with SEBI for ₹1,812 crore OFS



Carraro India Ltd., a producer of transmission methods for tractors and off-highway autos, and different agricultural and building tools, has filed its draft purple herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Change Board of India (SEBI) to mobilise as much as ₹1,811.65 crore by means of a proposal on the market (OFS).

The Preliminary Public Providing (IPO) shall be an entire OFS by Carraro Worldwide S.E. 

Established in 1997, Carraro India, a subsidiary of Carraro S.p.A, started its manufacturing journey with transmission methods in 1999 and axles in 2000.

The corporate began its operations utilizing IP rights licensed from different entities inside the Carraro Group and specialises in complicated engineering merchandise and options for authentic tools producer (OEM) prospects. It serves as an unbiased tier 1 supplier, concentrating on axles and transmission methods for agricultural tractors and building autos.

The corporate’s income from operations elevated by 4.44% from ₹1,695.12 crore in fiscal 2023 to ₹1,770.45 crore in fiscal 2024, primarily resulting from a rise in income from the sale of merchandise; Revenue after tax elevated 29.44% from ₹46.80 crore in fiscal 2023 to ₹60.58 crore in fiscal 2024.
