Can governors withhold bills? Supreme Court to consider framing norms | India News – Times of India



NEW DELHI: Every week after agreeing to check the validity of blanket constitutional immunity from legal prosecution to governors, Supreme Courtroom Friday mentioned it will think about framing tips for governors in withholding assent to payments handed by the legislature or referring them to the President.
