MEERUT: An 11-year-old boy allegedly rapeda 4-year-old woman when she was alo- ne at her home in UP‘s Saharanpur on Friday. Police stated the boy was appre hended and despatched to a juvenile dwelling. Docs stated the survivor was secure.
SP (metropolis) Abhimanyu Manglik stated, “The survivor’s household lodged a compla int alleging tried rape, whereas medi cal examinations substantiated sexual assault, which falls below the purview of rape.We’ll pursue the case below rape expenses. The accused is the woman’s neighbour. He has been taken into cus- tody and despatched to a juvenile dwelling after being presnted earlier than courtroom.”
Manglik stated, “The accused enticed the minor woman with goodies and ra- ped her at her residence in a room, whe. re she was later discovered unconscious. The sufferer was alone at her home. Her pa- rents filed a police criticism at Gagal heri police station. An FIR below BNS part 65 (2) (punishment for rape on girl below 12 12 months of age) and below related sections of Pocso Act has been registered.”
