BJP neta takes ‘bulldozer justice’ into his hands in UP; FIR lodged | India News – Times of India



PRAYAGRAJ: An FIR was registered in opposition to a BJP functionary, Raees Chandra Shukla, and 31 others after he allegedly used a JCB machine to demolish a “disputed property” in Ghurpur space of Prayagraj.
The FIR, filed on a grievance by one Abhishek Tripathi, mentioned the accused not solely demolished a portion of his home, but in addition forcibly took away the products. ACP Vivek Kumar Yadav mentioned additional authorized motion could be taken after the investigation.

Tripathi in his grievance mentioned his land and home have been in dispute with Shukla, his son Sandeep and 5 others, and the matter was within the court docket. The complainant alleged that on Sept 1, Shukla threatened to kill him if he didn’t surrender the possession of the home.
Tripathi alleged that on Thursday (Sept 5) night, dozens of individuals arrived with a JCB and demolished his home. Shukla had contested the 2022 meeting elections from Allahabad South on a Samajwadi Get together ticket, however was defeated by BJP’s Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi. His entry into BJP later was opposed by Nandi.
