Bank of India raises ₹2,500 crore at 7.49%



Financial institution of India has raised Basel III compliant Tier II bonds of ₹2,500 crore at 7.49% each year by way of NSE Digital Bidding Supplier Platform. 

“The Base Difficulty measurement was ₹1,000 crore with Inexperienced Shoe possibility of ₹1,500 crore. Financial institution obtained complete of 76 bids amounting to ₹6,046 crore. Out of this, bonds have been allotted to 42 bidders amounting to ₹2,500 crore,” the financial institution stated in an announcement.  

The Tier II capital is raised for augmenting the general capital of the financial institution and for enhancing the long run sources in accordance with the RBI tips, the financial institution stated including proceeds of this situation shall be utilised for its regular enterprise actions.
