The chief justice of Bangladesh’s prime courtroom mentioned Saturday he had agreed to resign “in precept” after an ultimatum to take action from protesters, broadcaster Jamuna TV reported. 

Obaidul Hassan, who was appointed to helm the Supreme Courtroom final yr and is seen as a loyalist to ousted premier Sheikh Hasina, was informed to step down by protesters who gathered outdoors the courtroom within the capital Dhaka.
