NEW DELHI: The Armed Forces (Particular Powers) Act (Afspa), which grants sweeping powers to the navy in “disturbed areas,” has been prolonged in eight districts of Nagaland, three districts of Arunachal Pradesh, and several other different areas for a further six months.
