MUMBAI: Holderind Investments, an Adani group promoter entity of Ambuja Cements, is promoting almost 7 crore shares of the corporate, representing 2.8% of its fairness capital to boost about Rs 4,200 crore by means of block offers on Friday. The shares are being supplied at a flooring worth of Rs 600 – a 5.2% low cost to Ambuja Cement’s closing worth on the BSE on Thursday, sources mentioned.
