NEW DELHI: Farmer leaders in Punjab on Tuesday expressed their disappointment with the Union Budget introduced by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, claiming it “ignored” the farming sector and failed to handle the difficulty of offering a authorized assure for minimal assist value (MSP).
