RBI extends tenure of IDFC First Bank MD for another 3 years – Times of India



NEW DELHI, Reserve Financial institution has prolonged the tenure of IDFC First Financial institution managing director V Vaidyanathan for one more 3 years until December 2027. The Reserve Financial institution of India (RBI), via its communication dated September 19, 2024, has granted its approval for the re-appointment of V Vaidyanathan because the MD & CEO of the financial institution for a interval of three years efficient from December 19, 2024, to December 18, 2027, the financial institution mentioned in a regulatory submitting.
On April 27, 2024, the financial institution’s board of administrators had accredited the re-appointment of Vaidyanathan for 3 years publish the expiry of his present time period on December 18, 2024.
