NEW DELHI: West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee has knowledgeable Prime Minister Narendra Modi that the state will lower ties with Damodar Valley Company (DVC) as a consequence of ‘unilaterally releasing water,’ inflicting floods in South Bengal.
