‘Polygraph test on Roy yields false answers’ | India News – Times of India



CBI‘s polygraph check on Sanjay Roy, the arrested suspect within the RG Kar hospital rape-murder case, flagged “false and unconvincing” solutions to questions on his newly professed “innocence”, investigators stated on Sunday after a pair of designated officers performed the proceedings at Kolkata’s Presidency jail, reviews Rohit Khanna. Roy’s state-appointed counsel stirred an issue when she accused the company of violating tips of the Nationwide Human Rights Fee by going forward with the check within the absence of a defence lawyer.
