NEW DELHI: The mother-in-law of the accused Sanjay Roy within the Kolkata physician’s rape and homicide case on Monday opened up about how Roy assaulted her daughter resulting in her miscarriage.
“When she was 3-month pregnant, he precipitated a miscarriage. He thrashed her, a Police grievance was registered for a similar. Following this, my daughter continued being in poor health, I bore all her bills for medicines,” she stated.
Refusing to talk about the rape and homicide of physician on August 9, she stated, “Dangle him or do no matter you need with him.I will not converse concerning the crime.”
Nevertheless, she stated that Roy could not have dedicated the crime alone hinting at attainable involvements of multiple individual.
“He couldn’t have performed it alone. He would not have the capability to do it alone,” she stated.
