BHOPAL: Three sisters, aged between 6 and 9 years, drowned in a shallow water pit within the yard of their home whereas immersing an ‘idol’ they’d made on Nag Panchami in Rewa district on Friday. Sonali, 9, Tanvi, 7, and Jahnvi, 6, daughters of Rajkumar Rajak, had not informed their dad and mom that they had been going to immerse the idol, or they’d have absolutely stopped them, sarpanch of Tamara village, Pankaj Singh, informed TOI.
