ED hit 93% conviction rate in PMLA cases, govt tells House | India News – Times of India



NEW DELHI: The conviction fee in instances registered by Enforcement Directorate below Prevention of Cash Laundering Act is 93%, the govt. knowledgeable Parliament Tuesday.
In a written response to a query, minister of state for finance Pankaj Chaudhary mentioned that the company has registered 7,083 instances below PMLA until July 2024 and has connected/seized property price over Rs 1.4 lakh crore up to now.
