SRINAGAR: Sixty-five out of 238 candidates within the fray within the second part of meeting elections in J&Ok on Sept 25 have prison instances in opposition to them, with 49 dealing with minor instances whereas 16 have declared severe prison costs of their ballot affidavits. Solely 3% of the candidates on this part are ladies.
